The Free Collectible Arcade Token giveaway is back! Same rules as last year. Find the secret word on the web site, send in your mailing address, get a collectible arcade token in the mail. You're also entered to win one of 20 different games, 2 classic consoles, 2 retro gaming portables, and the awesome SPAM PRIZE! A fellow CAG member actually won the spam prize last year! (LINK) They're giving away tokens to the first 500 people who enter the contest.

This year they have a crazy dual metal token that's both gold and silver in one! There is also a Copper Space Battle token which completes the set from last year.

One last thing.... I actually have the Godzilla zine made by this site. They were giving them out at Amoeba Records here in Los Angeles. People were snatching them as fast as they could give them out! There are two different covers and the damn thing is amazing! The image of the "Visible Godzilla" is just awesome.

They got a C&D for using the Space Invader logo. The original mold was actually destroyed. Square-Enix was very cool about everything because the tokens were always given away for free. They also told the lawyers that they used the image because it was "the universal symbol of video games." I read the whole story on Atari Age a while back. I'll see if I can find the topic. But yeah, those original invaders are quite valuable now and you'll never be able to get them again. Go figure. Glad I got the whole set!

I've participated in the past and never received a confirmation back from them. Emailing the contest address with a request to know if you are on their list may get you a reply.

 
Just received my email that I won UFC Undisputed for 360. This is my first year participating, can't believe I actually won something.. I included the word "Five" in my email subject, as well as once in the email..Does that mean I'll also be getting a coin? (I sure hope so  :pray: )

That's weird, I had sent them an email very close to when it started with the correct answer, but I never got anything about a prize :/

 
I won something. I had to choose my top 5 games from most wanted to least wanted. I am really surprised i even won anything. I also forgot about this topic but thank you so much. I hope i get a coin with my games because that was the reason why i entered :)

 
I received my coins today, and they look fantastic! I especially like the 'five' coin.  This was the 4th year that I have received their free coins.  I think they have all been great!

 
Got my two tokens today and had to pick my free game from a list. I forgot I even entered!

On a side note, does everyone who entered recieve these coins. They are awesome. Wish I knew about this years ago. Would be nice to have the gold and silver
