I think there already is a comic book thread in the offtopic forum. This is a deal, though.

Hence the reason I said change the title of the Comic Thread, which I created this time around.

I just hope my local shop has all the goodies when I get there.

Noob question but do you only get one comic or one of each different title??? If it's one of each, then that is indeed a great way of getting people into collecting comics.

I think it depends on the store/retailer. I'm hitting up Hastings tomorrow and they limit 10 per customer, so basically tou get a copy of each title.

Bump for FCBD. My comic shop had a limit of 6 comics per customer. They seemed to be missing a bunch of the them, but I can't complain too much. Hope everyone gets the comics they want.

The dude told me I could take what I wanted so I got Transformers, Star Wars, Simpsons and Justice League Unlimited along with the free Hero clicks thing.

Went out with my son and my nephew and hit up a couple of stores. 1st one let us get three each and the 2nd one let us get 5 each. My nephew wanted to buy some poster and the dude behind the counter kicked him down with a Wizard magazine full of posters.

I got 10 and my wife got 10, so 20 total . My 10 are for me and the ten my wife got are for her treasure box in her classroom. I'm guessing retailers who limited 1-2 per customer did not bring out the official poster that came with the comics. My Hastings, since the "Free Comic Book" day started a few years ago, always has a display and they have an Official poster with listed titles stating 10 Per Customer. Did anyone happen to get extra copies of the Silver sponsored comics. Hastings only had the 10 Gold Sponsored titles. I'm interested in Worlds of Aspen # 1.
