Just got back from the mall in Olympia. We're new to the area and were looking for a cable/internet provider. Six months of high speed for 19.95/month (normally 45-55) and got Halo 3 for free. New internet customers only from what I could tell. Cable was also cheaper than any deal over the phone or the internet (plans started at $33 for six months).
