Go to the site www.dragonagejourneys.com and play the flash game. As you play you can unlock 3 items for your character in Dragon Age: Origins regardless of platform. Not bad items and also the game is free and actually fun.

I don't think so. The game links to the players EA account. So whatever is done on that is then transferred to Dragon Age: Origins. Just have to make sure the the EA account is synced when playing Origins.

i'm going to have to play it, but with the holiday, I won't till probably the 1st... hope it's still around till then.
How would you sync your EA account when playing the PS3 version of the game?
When you start playing Origins, it will have an option somewhere to sync your EA account. The EA account is not platform specific. You could play the flash game and unlock everything and if you bought it for PC, PS3, or 360, you could access your 'loot' from Journeys from any or all platforms.

On a side note, I just finished all the acheivements and am looking forward to starting the game with some RAD gear including my pre-order stuff :)

As you start obtaining items does the game tell you which items are the ones that you can import, or do you only get the 3 items for playing through the game?

Keep in mind this is still in beta and there are various bugs you might run into.

I had the unfortunate pleasure to encounter the save bug, which made me lose my saves and all achievements after putting about 6 hours into the game...

This specific bug was fixed (my saves are still gone though...) but there could be others.

The game is fun either way (if you like Heroes of Might & Magic gameplay), just giving you a heads up :)

I completed Chapter 1 last night...now what? It said Chapter 2 coming soon, also it didn't mark my achievement for completing the game with the one class I used.

Anyone have any tips on how to kill 2 foes with one shot, for the achievement?

Did you beat it on hard under that class because only hard counts towards the achievement? I found it easiest to kill two enemies at once with the mages fire blast spell if the enemies are lined up correctly, at least thats how I did it.

Oh crap, you have to beat it on hard!? Shit, I may never get the other 2 items now.
I had the mage's fireball, but I never got an opportunity of the baddies being lined up.

Do you have all 3 items already?

I didn't change the difficulty at all in doing this. I played it as normal. The acheivement for finishing will all the character classes will not pop up until all three have been completed. They don't have a way to say which you have completed. You'll have to remember that one.

For killing 2 at once, I used the mage spell shock. Save a set of genlock from the first cave to come back to later and your mage will basically decimate them by himself if you let him.

And yes, I have all three items already and am just waiting for the game's release next week :)

Maybe I'm not done with the game yet. The last quest is not highlighted. I finished taking down the Ogres in a cave that were guarding 3 machines. Is there something else after that?

Also, I thought that the achievement progress screen would indicate X/3 for example...odd.

No, if it showed that you were at chapter 2 then you finished it. However the 5th quest is actually a side quest. Talk to the fellow at the entrance to the deep roads and tell him you will gather his ingredients. Just find 5 deep mushroom and when activated you will get their stalk. Take 5 to him to get a useful potion.

I do with is did show that progress but oh well.

Gotcha, thanks for the heads up on the last quest, I need to find that dude later today.

Hopefully Chapter 2 offers some additional unlockables for in-game.

Yea playing as the warrior, it's a pretty good web game. But HELL no I'm not playing it through 2 more times to get the achievement.

Items are locked to the EA.com account.

I can't get the last side quest. I go into the deep roads after the quest is given to me, but there's nothing to find, no enemies, nothing...everything is cleaned out. I'm guessing it's a glitch.
