Walk inside, ask the cashier if you can take their survey. If you already have a receipt there's a code on it & if you don't they will give you one.
Use the code on the website the receipt says to go on. Briefly take the survey, show the cashier the result & you can pick any $5 meal deal. Cashier might be able to walk you through it if they aren't crowded inside.
