It's a download. If you have a Canadian account and two controllers you can download it on your US account. I'm not sure if it will work for other countries.

I have only tested on my US account.

Log in using a Canadian account on one controller. Then find the Frappaccino ad. Go to the ad. Log in to your US account. Log out of the Canadian account. Then select download and you should be able to download it to your US account.

They only flag for modded consoles, and cheaters mostly. Someone having dual region accounts is the least of their worries. Especially when you consider that U.S., and Canadian Live accounts share the same region compatibility. Besides people getting content from other regions to use has happened for a while until they decided to region lock most content to their respective regions.

So again it's the least of their worries. You best do your homework about that sort of stuff. Save you from someone explaining the obvious that's known to happen when possible, and has happened in the past.

Can this trick be used to get the IE9 Tablet prop Also?
 
I tried this and i got status code Error 800700E8 So they may have fixed this glitch at free avatar item :(
GF still had her acct logged in so it was trying to download female for male :p
