Downloader .exe is breaking every time I try to run it. Running into server issues. Any clue ho to fix this?

Still downloading, 14kbps isn't really ideal download speed for a game...

Hopefully I'll get it by the end of the month. There doesn't seem to be a way to pause and re-launch the download manager so I've had to keep my PC running for the past few days.
