I was about to sign up then saw mailing out in September part. Moving out of the house at the end of July, was hoping to make use of it then. Oh well.

It says they will be mailed out BY September 15th, which means they could be sending them out sooner, maybe they will do it in segments, like the first 500 one week, etc.
