This is complete in the box. This is compatable with ONLY the original GBA modek, not SP. GBA Snaps onto it, and you can either tune in stations with the antenna, or use the supplied coaxil cable to plug into your cable line. Also includes a AV cable so you can plug in Videogame systems (!) and use the GBA as a monitor. Its actually really cool, and I wish I had a GBA unit to demonstrate it. Also includes AC Adapter, manaul, stand (somewhat pictures) and ear buds.
