first ones funny as hell, and obviously done on purpose by dubya, not meant to address the nation, and the second, hes waiting to go on air, you think hes getting interviewed, overall that first one is mad funny though

The first one is great, still a little desturbing through. No president should at like that on camra.
 
But hes not the first, its just humor, not his state of the union address, i think its funny, you want to see inappropriate presidential behavior, theres clinton, whom i saw fall asleep during a televised conference, about economical issues, and i mean fall asleep, they had gor answer all his questions for him
 
I think it's fair to say that all presidentsd at one time or another have behaved in a manner in public that some would find inappropriate. Both Bush and CLinton. They're only Men. I've seen Bush act improperly in public. I've sen Clinton act inappropriately. It'sd bpund to happen when you;'re on camera nearly 24/7.
