Can't say I'm exactly shedding a tear over this. Can't say that I didn't fight a bit of a cocked grin when I saw the headline. Can't say I'm not a big fan of the continued eradication* of irredeemable bags of shit.

So...let me get this straight. Someone stole a PS3, and the cops shot him to death.

He was not cooperating by not answering the door. But yeah, if he could've been shot on site when committing the theft, I would've been all for it.

A beating into disfiguration in front of/at the hands of the victim would've sufficed, however.
