Game Stop Coupon

I have 2 20 dollar coupons for game stop. Neither of them are working, they come up and say 20 dollars off next game purchase, but once I get to the final stage of check out it has it in red at the top. It says that the final cost has to be over 20 dollars if not the rest would be forfeit. I tired the codes as the only codes, and with others. If they are working can you get them to stack together, or stack with other codes?
 
You can't stack them together or with other codes. I think they might stack with SAVER, at least they did for me, but that's all. And the Edge 10% discount of course, but I wouldn't count that as a code.
 
It sounds to me like it is simply warning you that the purchase you are trying to make is less than $20 and if you complete the purchase the rest of the $20 coupon will be forfeited. An example being that if you were about to buy a $13 game and nothing else, you would forfeit the other $7 that the coupon would give you.

To get the full use out of the coupon you'll want to "spend" more than $20.

I've had the same problem with my $20 off code. The game I was trying to buy was $29.99, so cost shouldn't have been a problem. I e-mailed Game Stop, and they to go ahead and make the purchase, e-mail them the order #, and they would credit me back the $20.
