Well I was picking up Baten Kaitos up at my Gamecrazy and the cashier handed me some coupons "Buy any used game you get 25% off". So I'm not sure if this is going on with every gamecrazy, but it seems good till the end of the month. I didn't see any of this posted anywhere

Here's the coupon slip he handed me

Coupon detail on back: "*Title selection varies by store, limited to stock on hand. Limit one use per coupon, per customer. Must present coupon for offer. Not valid with any other offer [INCLUDING MVP]. Coupon valid April 15-24.


And seeing how Baten Kaitos is $17.99 used.. he did ask if I wanted to get the used copy + 25% coupon... but yea.. maybe this coupon is a YMMV? or I'm not sure.. just want to give CAG a heads up or something.

You can only use 1 per day... Atleast thats what the manager I talked to said. On the back it says one per coupon per person... it doesn't saying anything about multiple coupons in one day... but all the same.
 
Thanks OP. I'll have to check on this and make sure they hand me one of these when I go to my GC for Baten Kaitos today. Who knows, I might actually find something worht it the selection at most of the local GCs has gone terribly down to measly old sports games. bleh.

They were handing them out about 2 weeks ago with every transaction and I believe each store received a limited number of these coupons. It can be used for only one item at a time but if you have several of them, you could just ring everything up separately.
 
From reading some of the post the coupon must have ran out if you didn't receive one and Satoshi-kun which GC did you go to? For the MN CAG I went to the Gamecrazy in Eagan on Cliff Road across from the Regal 16 and the dude handed me some over there.
 
Sometimes its a regional or district thing. Not EVERY store gets EVERY coupon. If a district is very low in Used sales for a month, they will create a coupon to help boost business up a bit. Its not always a company wide thing

I went to the store in Plymouth on Hwy 55 and County Rd 24, They have a pretty cool staff of people that are nice and actually discuss games with you.
 
^^-- I've been to Plymouth I think only once with my family to Ridgedale Mall? and that is one long ass ride over there from St. Paul. I don't think I would really want to go out that far.. even if employees are actual gamers too. But that's cool to know there are staffs like that.

My memory isn't that great, but I don't think that's the dude.. I'll check up on GC today maybe to look around for some ToS or something.
 
I went to the GC at Aliso Viejo, CA today and got Tales of Symphonia for $13.50 with the 25% off coupon and scored a Marvel VS Capcom 2 (PS2) for $22.50 with the 25% off coupon. I couldn't believe they had a MvC2 in such good condition. Disc, case, and manual were all perfect.

I went to the one established in Blaine, in the Anoka/Hennepin County region. It's just about less than half a mile away, so I go there everytime I can. ^_^
