Gamecube

Some Wal-Marts (mine does) still have the Holiday Bundle.

Gamecube
Mario Kart DD
2 controllers

$99 is pretty sweet for that.

then if you make-out with one of the fat ugly over night stock ladies...and tell her how pretty the mole on her face is...she might just let you use her 10% off discount card

I'm dating myself here, but I remember paying $70 for Mortal Kombat II on the SNES, so Nintendo selling Cubes for $99 seems like a CAG-certified deal already.

But yea, the Mario Kart bundle is hot if you can find it. Otherwise, wait for Best Buy to run a deal where they toss in a game with purchase (like every other week).

The Mario Kart bundle was actually what got me back into console gaming back in November. It's worth every penny.

As long as we're probing ancient history here, I can still remember seeing Majesco's Sega Genesis 3 system brand new in TRU stores for $20, entire bins of them at a time. Ah, those were the days. . . :D

Actually, I just got an ad for microcenter yesterday, and you get the cube, a wireless controller (3rd party, not wavebird), and one of the following games: Star Fox Adventures, Super Mario Sunshine, or Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour for $99. In addition, it works with the bundles (like the Mario Kart: Double Dash one).
Obviously, this is only helpful if you have a microcenter near you (and they are pretty limited), and the one near me tends to never have what I want, so I would advise calling first.

I had the exact same experience, except in January.

So that's how all of you other CAG's get such great Wal-Mart deals!

I don't know if this applies to Wherehouse Music everywhere. When I was in there yesterday I saw a promo for a Platinum GC for $70. The only drawback is that you had to buy 2 games valued at least $20. I'm thinking about getting another GC with all the FYE and Wherehouse credit I've got left. If you know how to work the deal you can easily get in on it for about $55-65. Probably cheaper than that even.
