Gamefly and Club Nintendo

So, it's getting to close to the end of the Nintendo Year, meaning it's time to start rounding up the remaining points for platinum status. I noticed on the CAG main page that Gamefly has Punch-Out on for (relatively?) cheap, so my question is:

Do used games from Gamefly come with the little Club Nintendo insert? If so, is it every time or is it kind of hit and miss?

Gamefly games usually always comes with all the inserts.
