I lost the little paper sleeve you put the game into, not the return envelope just the little paper sleeve you put the disk into. Anyways I sent the game back just in the mailer with no paper sleeve and that was a week ago. Normally I send a game back to gamefly the receive it within 3-4 days, it has been about 7 now. Just wondering if not having the paper sleeve pissed gamefly off.

Isn't there an option to report that you lost the paper sleeve? I think they tell you to send it in anyway, but it might be good to check that just in case.

That might be Blockbuster or Netflix though, I'm not sure

Indeed. There is an option to report this. Also...

Even though you didn't follow their directions, I'm sure they will credit your account. Like it says, it might just take some time.

I've come to realize that the little paper sleeve is what they scan so they know I returned it. So without that they have no way of knowing who sent them that game back.

I think I better email them.

I've done this before. All you have to do is write your name, email address and the name of the game being returned on a slip of paper and put that in the envelope with the game.

In a thread with only 4 posts before that I don't know how you managed to miss that we already covered this.

Any who I emailed gamefly today adn I don't know if it was from my email or just chance, but about an hour after my email they received my game.

I've always wondered though, how does gamefly know which game belongs to who when the receive them? I mean surely they have hundreds of copies of Burnout out there. SO how do they know when mine comes in without a sleeve, or any type of return address or anything. How do they know it is my copy of the game.
They don't. That's why you have to do like the person said that you seem to mock.
well they still received it yesterday, smarty pants.
