I've ordered from them several times through Amazon.com. Last fall, I ordered Otogi, and it took a little over a week to come, but I wasn't in any hurry to get it (it's still sealed, sitting on my shelf). Besides that, I've had no problems whatsoever with them.

I ordered a copy of Gitaroo Man through Amazon off of them for $30.xx brand new/sealed (before it was rare) and I had no problems.
