Gamestop B2G1 Question

I told my dad to drop by gamestop near his work place and told him to picked up the game I asked him to get which was growlanser generations, shin megami tensei, and star ocean till the end of time. When he got back home, I found out that shin megami tensei didn't came with a soundtrack cd, and star ocean is missing a manaul? I'm kinda picky about it because I want my game complete, and I don't feel like driving 30 min to exchange it. Do you think, they let me exchange it at a different gamestop if I got purchase receipt? How about if I went to a different gamestop and they didn't have the both game in stock. Will they let exchange it for any $39.99 game?

no place to hold it. The case I got, didn't came with a 2 disc set case. I'm returning it tomorrow along with star ocean. Probably going to drive 15 min to gamestop, this gamestop got y's ark of nap and tales of symphanie in stock used. They well let me exchange for it right?
