no, its non refundable. because if it was refundable, they would loose alot of money from people doing exactly what you want to do. why exactly do you want to do this if you dont mind me asking? broken game you want replaced or something?

no, they wont return the shipping, but you could switch it in store, or get the amount-shipping returned. sucks, but that the way it is. good luck!
 
They'll exchange it instore. If you return it, you can call the web store and get refund from them.
