I have been getting this message when trying to order things with the credit I have on my rewards card. This happens when I click submit order.

Thank you for choosing GameStop.com. The credit card billing information you entered does not match the information on file at your financial institution. Prior to placing a new order, please verify your billing information with your financial institution to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

This does not happen every time but it is getting frustrating. I have checked my account info and my power up card info, nothing wrong there. Has anybody had this issue before?
 
This is a guess, but what I take from that is it sounds like you're putting your Powerup number in the credit card field.
 
I am putting my Powerup number in the right place. The last order I tried to submit I made sure nothing was wrong. I double checked billing and shipping info on both my GS account and my Powerup account. I ordered the Ico collection last week and that was fine. The next day I tried to preorder the Vita I get that error. Last friday I ordered Atelier Totori, no error. It seems to happen to me randomly.Now my account is locked until the next day. I emailed Gamestop. I hope I can get this fixed.
