Its $28, i'd call and ask if its mint first, but should I if it is, i'm not much of an rpg person though, it be more to resell on ebay

If you aren't planning on playing it, then it's a matter of how much profit you'll make in the end after reselling it.

If you do pick it up, give it a play before you resell it. It's a great game.

call first if it's far away. Everytime I find a game they say is in stock at the store here, when I get to the store, they never have it. The guy yesterday said it's not in real time and sometimes takes awhile to update, so it's not 100% accurate.

Also is it suikoden 1 or 2. Suikoden 1 sells for about $39, so you won't make much of a profit on it. Suikoden 2 is the one that goes for $100+
the website is usually 2 to 3 days behind. so just call first and then decide.
In my experience, the website is usually about a week, if not more behind inventory. And I live just a few miles from the main distribution center.

how do you know what stores i dont see where it allows you to see

EDIT FOUND IT.

Prixes do vary though the YU GI OH for ps1 says 7.99 online but instore its 29.99

Shame that has nothing to do with this topic since he saw it at Gamestop.

If it has everything, then it's worth it. But call ahead to see if they still have it. If they do and it's complete you could definitely make some money on ebay.

Hmm...there's a GS about 25 miles from here that supposedly has it in stock. I can call and see if it's complete and then get depressed that I have no way of getting there if it is :(

i had some luck tracking down copies of suikoden II a couple years ago by using the inventory locator on the website.

after a while though, the clerks started to figure out what suikoden was and they would just start purchasing it themselves whenever it would show up used at one of the stores.

also i think the only real reason to play the first one now is so you can save your game and get a slight bump in your SII playthrough

I have suikoden I, upopened. I've had it for about 7 years. It still has the big, ugly CC price sticker on it. I paid $39 back in the day.

This is the second post where I have mis-read a post and said something not related to the OP...

gamestop.com says it has suikoden 2 at one of the gamestop near my school. I called the store, asked them if they got suikoden 2 in stock. The guy on the phone said "huh, suikoden 2, nah uh, hold up, let me go check, .... (5 min pass by on hold). you know what, someone just bought it yesterday.

yeah right

What are you talking about? Suikoden 1 is a far better game than 2. Granted the graphics were terrible but the story made up for it.

It is generally agreed that Suikoden 2 is a much better game.

And I say that 1 is a far better game, I think we can both agree that 1 is at least worth playing for more than a slight stat boost in 2.
