I bought 2 games from there get 25% off sale online,and the games came with no cases or books. Is there anyway I can get them? Can I go to B&M store and see if i can trade them for copy's with the box and case? It wouldnt bother a normal person but Im a collector and I like to have everything with it.

nope the stores wont touch online games they need to be sent back.. i dont even think Eb games allows people to trade games in for complete copies....
 
You can't return to the store, all you can do is ask for replacements online (say they are broken) and hope the replacements come with Cases & Manuals. By the way, if you are a collector you probably shouldn't order from Gamestop much.

Sure they do, if you say the game is broken and they have a complete copy they will give it to you as a replacement. Of course it is a moot point for all current gen games with EB.
 
I must be extremely lucky then.. last week I ordered Suikoden I from gamestop.com. I just got it in the mail today and it's in nearly perfect condition.
 
Oh,and to anyone who's wondering, I bought x-men legends for the cube and blade 2 for the xbox. So It's not like there that old or anything.

Nope you have to email the customer service on the site and send it back in the mail

they usually just swap out the game. Say if i go in with disc only they would just swap out the game not give me a complete copy

i just ordered mines too i hope mines would come complete.
