Was anyone else aware of this? I tried to use my $20 off coupon from buying Mario Galaxy 2 for a pre-order; it kept failing without explaining why. Sent them an e-mail only to be told that coupons don't work for pre-orders.
Now, I have two problems with this: it wasn't told to me when I received the code, and it still wasn't explained to me when their site told me the code wouldn't apply to my order, even though they directed me to the coupon's description for the reason why it failed (which still didn't mention the pre-order rule).
Is this a new thing? It sure took me by surprise.
