Gamestop employee help please! question about preorder

Hey, I preordered the DS Lite, and paid in full today, but I changed my mind and would rather wait to get it.

Will gamestop refund my money to the credit card that I used or will I have to get store credit?

They do a chargeback on the CC you used. Ive cancelled some pre-orders ive had in the past and they always chargeback my CC, although when I cancelled my 360 pre-order($50 down) they gave me cash even though I used a CC.

They might need the recepit from the preorder though to see which CC you used.
 
It depends on the store but usually if you have the receipt, they will refund it to your CC. If you don't have your receipt, however, then it's YMMV.
