I've got a strange problem, and I wanted to see if anyone had an experience with it.
I have $90 in Gamestop credit, and I pre-ordered Heavy Rain last week with the $10 off special they were running. Since I had the whole amount on my Edge card as credit, they didn't ask me for my CC when I placed the order.
Today, I went into Gamestop and purchased Borderlands. The idea was to use the remaining credit and a few bucks out of pocket- but the girl behind the counter said there was enough credit on the card to cover the whole purchase. So now, there is less than 50 dollars credit on my card.
When Gamestop goes to process my pre-order, there won't be enough money on the card I provided them to cover it, and there is no backup method of payment. Will they cancel my order, or is there system dumb enough to have let me use my credit twice?
I really don't want to miss out on my pre-order for this game so i can get the pre-order bonus. Anyone ever have anything similar happen?
