"www.ebfeedback.com cannot be found"

Damn, worth a shot.

I filled out Rhino's one and complained that they only get four to five copies of any new release and the district manager e-mailed me and apologized and said more should come in in the next week.. that was cool.

I used that site a couple months ago to complain about a GS employee that "lost" my copy of Gitaroo Man which had been sent from another store. It took a while and several calls from the DM, but eventually he was able to find another copy for me. I even got an extra 20% discount on top of the 10% off I already had w/ my GS card.

Saw this on my receipt today from a B&M purchase...
Seems like a great way to report a complaint (says they will have a District Manager contact you in 2-3 days) or give kudos for good service.[/QUOTE]

Wow. Thanks CheapyD! Great link. I admire your dedication and commitment to this site. Yes, I know its your site but still I just wanted to say thank you.

The site above a great way to deal with problems with other company's as well. Fill the template out and is sends a letter to the company. I sent one and in about a month the VP of public relations (verizon wireless) called me on my phone and told me that he is sorry and they would fix the problem. They reduce my account balance to 25 bucks. There is a lot of ignorant people on that site so beware. and when writing letter to a company be very well spoke and written. The company gets back to you way faster then the person who writes a letter like this.

"dear company I hate u!@! yoy have bad sevcie and it sucks no morea buzuniess from me ever"

Trust me a well written letter that is non-threatening and honest will fix the problem extremely fast. I had a problem with a billing I had a phone and canceled it in the 14 day period and got a bill for $300 when it should of been 25 to begin with and I kept getting the wrong bill. But I kept it honest I liked the phone and the service a lot. I told everyone that but the only problem I had was with billing.

My Gamestop is awesome, so I've been going to this site for the past month leaving nothing but good feedback.

Ha, now I want someone to "lose" a game I send over in hopes of getting such service. Ah, how sweet it would be. Now if only I could find a game worth having them lose. ;)

gah. just left bad feedback for my gamestop. i have never had the employees here treat me or anyone in the store with any respect or curtousey. just yesterday i found the chrono cross guide for 1.99 (rang up .99) and one of the employees tried to take it from me when i went to check out! bastards...

(i know not all gamestop employees are like this, just it seems i got all the bad ones0 :(

I left good feedback for my local store. I had only one problem but that was my fault I was being a dick sorta. I put the games on the counter and the guy was like you buying these. Being a fan of blue collar. I said nope just laying them on the counter, and the rest of the transaction was full of tension. Not from my side of the counter though.

I left a negative feedback but could not find my receipt. The regular employees were nice and helpful but the person in charge (manager perhaps) was very rude and said some bad things about my choice in games. I do believe sales and customer service should be his main concern and not my choice in games. I am looking for my receipt but I am done shopping at Gamestop.
