Response time seems to play an important part of determing how well an LCD monitor performs for games, and I'm using a 16ms monitor right now. There's a *slight* impact on graphics when people are running around & explosions are going off, but it's not too bad. I would imagine, therefore, that the Sharp LCD you've mentioned wouldn't be too bad for gaming. The contrast ratio seems a bit low, but the built-in speakers are a nice touch.
