When making Gatorade at home I never seem to use the right amount of powder when I make it in 20 Oz. bottles. I was wondering if anyone knows a close amount that produces the similar flavor of the bottles sold in store?

None, because the mixing process itself is totally different and the sweetner is separate in the factory while it is "included" in the mix

All I can suggest is try to figure out the exact ratio of salt/sugar to add to the gatorade powder..then it might just taste the same.

Otherwise, no, I've never had powder formula gatorade taste the same as bottled, even if I make it to exact directions..I've gotten close by messing around with it but it's just not worth it. the 1.77 64 oz bottles are a better deal for me. I buy one every four days.
