GBA games- factory sealed or resealed?

I used to buy and sell video games on eBay, but never dealt much with GBA games. I am now buying up a few titles (on eBay) while they can still be gotten for a reasonable price new (factory sealed).

How can I tell if a GBA game is really factory sealed? I was under the impression that all factory sealed GBA games had the seam across the back. I have received two games that do not, one being Lunar Legend and the other being Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. The seams on these games run along the bottom instead and the seams on the sides of the LOTR game are very puckered on the top and bottom extremes. Is this how they should be? Or does this mean they have been resealed?

Thanks in advance.

guess it depends on which factory. if i seal them with the sealing machine in my factory, which is on my workbench inthe garage, then the seal is on the edges. if nintendo seals them at their factory they are usually on the back. either way they are factory sealed...at least according to my auction descriptions.
