Anyway, if you can't use ebay then try playasia.com and they sell it for $30 and $3.40 shipping but it's the platinum Japanese hits (It's region free so it'll still be in english on your console) and the box art is kinda ugly but if you don't care about that then I suggest getting it there. If he has been waiting forever, then 7 months is not bad, I remember waiting on the first Halo, though eventually gave in at $30.
