GHII BB $70 Xbox 360

YMMV-Go to Best Buy and bring the CompUsa AD and then get GHII price matched for $80 and then use the $10 off $75 coupon.

P.S. I have not done it yet but plan to soon. And I have heard that some BB wont let you price match and use a coupon but if everything works out you can get GHII for $70.

Damn, headline got me excited. Put a very YMMV in there as it's well known BB doesn't allow this. You have to get an extra clueless employee.
 
Damn. I had my hoped up for a cheap copy of GHII but I've tried to get PM + coupon a few times before and they never do it.
 
Srry about not putting YMMV I didn't know that most employees wont let you use both. But it's worth a shot if you have a best buy near by. But if you have a 10 off CompUsa coupon that would also work because you don't need to get it price matched. P.S. if anyone has a 10 off CompUsa coupon plz PM it to me. thnxs

They call it double-dipping. Essentially, like most places, Best Buy only lets you take advantage of one special offer. Using a price match and a coupon is two offers (ie, double-dipping).

Oh ok. So does that mean if it goes on sale you cant use a coupon or is a sale not considered a special offer?

The BB by me does it all the time....just go during the middle of the day (like 2ish) and I don't know that seems to work for me for some reason. People just don't care because they're not busy and nobody is in the store. So they'll do anything

If the store has a sale, you can go ahead and use a coupon. But if you're trying to PM it AND use a coupon, it's a no go. I don't think he should've used "special offer" as the noun.

They only closed about half of them, so that shouldn't be a problem. It certainly isn't for me.

Can this coupon stack with a 5 dollar off a 360 game coupon? That could make it down to 75.

EDIT: Fine print! Looks like you can't. Worth a shot though, more likely they do double coupons than PM + 10 dollars off.
 
it says "Not good in combination with any other coupons or offers". it also says "No copies". the big one is first though: "Markdowns taken from regular prices". am i the only one who reads the fine print? there is a chance that all these things will work, but the likely event is that the clueless cashier tries to do a, b, and c, but the computer won't allow it, so they have to call over a manager who rectifies the situation in favor of bb.

The only one? No. In fact, except for the OP everyone in this thread has said "good luck getting that to work."

And I went to BB last night to try get it but they were out of stock!!!
 
A little off topic but I tried to do a PM + GamePro coupon for Pokemon at BB today and it didn't work. The girl tried to do it but the system wouldn't apply the additional $5 off. I think when they fixed some of the various coupon-related glitches recently they may have made it so you can't use PM + a coupon. I only assume this because the same thing happened when I PM'ed and tried to use a coupon for Diddy Kong a couple of weeks ago.

I suppose it could just be the DS coupons but it seems unlikely. Forget wishing you guys luck on this one... I'll be praying for you (seems more appropriate). :lol:
