My girlfriend's been asking me what I want for Christmas and I've gotten to the point where I'm happy if I don't get anything, but of course, she won't have that. I honestly don't know what to ask for. Here's the problem:

I don't want to ask for Blu-rays, games, or comics since I can generally find them for much cheaper and I'd hate to see her pay full price.

What are some cool things that I probably wouldn't buy myself that I could suggest to her? If you didn't know already, I'm big into comics, video games, sci-fi, pop culture, cool little gadgets, that kind of stuff. We're also trying to limit our budget to just $100 this year because we're taking a vacation a few months later.

That's actually a good idea. I went for the first time last year and had a blast, so this would cut out some inevitable expenses down the line.
