I use the Ambassabank mostly. It gives you several to pick from especially on the weekends.

How about drawing some new persons names if ones already selected do not respond, and added to bottom of list.

That's what I said. I guess I wasn't clear enough. If he doesn't respond, tokyostomp gets first pick and a new winner will be drawn and added to the bottom of the list.
