Glyde

As far as I know they aren't a retailer, technically, more like goozex without points as they match up someone who wants a game with someone who wants to sell the game.
I've never bought games, but I've sold on there. When someone buys a game they ship a mailer to whomever actually sold the game then they package it and ship it out.

Ah ok, interesting to know how it works. I'll give it a go. Worse case situation at least I can dispute it on my debit card or with them if I get something bad.

I've been using them for the past 6 months. Great service. I've only had a problem once, and they corrected it. The first game I bought on the site (lol), never came. I received an email from Glyde, informing me about a month later that the game was shipped to their warehouse and that they shipped the game back out to me. I received it, and that was that. I've bought and sold around 15 or so games on the site. Never had a problem with it besides that first one.

If you're looking for something to make cash fairly fast, I would pass though. It takes about 3-5 days to receive the envelope to mail the game, then you'll end up waiting another week for the other person to get it. That and however long it took you to sell the game. They also have around a 2 day period to respond on the site indicating if there was a problem with the game. If they don't do anything, Glyde assumes that there's no problems and releases the money to you. You can then directly deposit it into your checking account or have them mail you a check (or use the money from your account and buy something on the site).

I recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a problem waiting for a week or two to buy and sell a single item.

i ordered a game.. never got it YET Their worker put in the system i did ... talk about total BS ..

i wouldnt trust this company with a real CC number

I've ordered 3 games from them on 3 different occasions. All came complete. Never had a problem.

I ordered a couple games from them, no issues with the games. I've sold a lot of stuff there and always got the money in a decent amount of time.

My only issue with them is really with their site, I couldn't for the life of me find a cancel order button or a way to cancel an order and if you're logged into your account and you click buy you instantly purchase the item. Not a fan of that. I sent like 5 emails to them telling them to cancel the order the same day and they finally did it on the last email I sent.

got an email saying they refunded my cash..

Werid thing is they were first trying to say the seller entered the wrong Tracking number.. that could never happen since the tracker is on the envlope there is nothin you need to put into their system

game still never showed it never even says it was mailed

I would be VERY CAREFUL with this site though after this .. found out

That is a package does get lost in the mail and there is Proof that the sender sent it ....The BUYER will lose half the money..

so if you dont get your game your #$#$#%%% and lose half your cash....so if a seller wanted to the could send an empty package and lie and say the game was in there

I got the game I ordered last week (Shining Tears) without issue. Original case, just not instructions (but figured that).

and Slidecage that is the joy of using a debit card or cc, dispute it with the bank and get ALL your $$ back.

No they can't. You have a couple days after the game is delivered to report if there's a problem with the game. Under transactions, it shows what games you're in the process of buying/selling. If you're buying a game and it was delivered to you, you can accept or reject the game if there's a problem. If you don't do anything after a couple days the system will accept the transaction for you, assuming that there wasn't an issue since you didn't do anything.

No wonder it takes forever for buyers to accept games that I sell.. They don't even know about this. :???:
