Cthulu is only Starforce protected in Russia. Bethesda published the US version, which doesn't use any copy protection (okay, it might use a CD check, like Oblivion).

I can't find a thing about Ankh, but I haven't seen Xider use Starforce before.

Another GoGamer thread, more FUD on StarForce. People--STARFORCE MAY BE ON ONE VERSION OF THE GAME AND NOT OTHERS.

I've got an idea, instead of a blanket statement, check your facts, or just link to them.

So why is the Boycott Starforce website main list not mentioning that CoC might be only Starforce protected on certain versions? That site is doing more harm than good. You have to search the forum to get to the bottom of it.

Nothing, really. It comes in a DVD case, and you can slap the CD Key in to Steam to unlock it on Steam and download your localized version of it if you're so inclined. I got the import version from Gogamer a few months ago when they had it on a madness and it's completely kosher.
