GoGamer problems

Last month when gogamer had all those games for cheap I ordered the Fallout 2 pack and the original Diablo. I received an email saying they were shipped 1/31/05 and they still haven't arrived. Has anyone had a problem with really slow shipping from GoGamer? I emailed them twice and go no response. I orgered Sacred from them way back when with no problem.

Any ideas beyond sending another will-be-ignored email?
 
Have you tried calling them? Hopefully they don't have a long wait.

By the time I get home they'll be closed. I forgot my phone so I cant call right after I get off... and I'll forget tomorrow X-(

Put a reminder in the OTT...you'll see it there.
 
I've bought several items from GoGamer, and have never had a problem, but even with the best sometimes things get lost in the shuffle.

If you were having it sent via FedEx, and you weren't home at the time, is it possible that the delivery tag blew away?

Regardless, if you call them, I'm positive they'll be able to help you out.

Also, they're on Pacific time - if you're in Minnesota, then shouldn't you have until 6:30 your time to call?

As for shipping, the delivery confirmation hasn't been updated beyond shipped. No listed hubs/relays nor delivery.
 
I called em up and apparently they sent the tracking info, but the package never actually moved... :roll:

So they're resending it.

They resent it Priority mail (1-3 days) and it still hasn't come... The same exact thing happened with the tracking info... It says they received it, but it hasn't actually gone anywhere.

USPS tracking sucks. if they said they shipped it priority I would wait, as I have had things say the PO just recieved it, arrive at its destination

It took me nearly three weeks toi get my fallout packs.
