Ok, so...I didnt pre-order New Vegas from BB, Amazon or Gamestop in time. Now both places have removed the ability to preorder the Collectors edition. goHastings however, has not. I set up the order and its only $5 to pre order. But I have never pre ordered with them nor done instore pick up so I have a couple questions I was hoping to get answered here. 
Their CS dept is only open M-F 9 to 9 and well its Sunday so I cant just ask them directly.

Does the "Reservation Card" guarantee me a copy, or is it still first come first serve with the pre orders? I am working that day and the store is literally an hour away. So I will be next to the last person to show up, I'm sure.
Also it says the "Reservation Card" will be mailed to me. But the game comes out in a couple days. Will a print out of my online $5 pre order count in place of the Reservation Card?
