Going on a roadtrip

Across pretty much the entire United States.  Going to hit all the sights and what not.  What I am curious about and having a difficult time looking up.  Does anyone know any cool video game(Or comic for that matter) related stuff to hit?  Like any studios that do tours or that kind of thing?  I see that Blizzard does, but you have to book months and months in advance.
