My gold membership expired earlier in the week so yesterday I purchased a 13 month code from Amazon hoping that I would be able to play 1vs100 last night. Yet every time I try to redeem it I keep getting error messages both online and on my console that say the transaction can't go through and I should try again later. Yea, as if later is quantifiable and I know how long to wait. Anyways, I've called customer support twice and they are unable to help me at all besides having me recover my gamer tag and reset my network configuration. Microsoft has confirmed that the code is still good and should work yet it doesn't. I've used codes in the past so there shouldn't be a problem now. Nothing is working and I'm getting very upset as it seems I'll miss 1vs100 again tonight as well. Any CAG solutions to this problem?
