Good idea for a video game.

snotknocker

CAGiversary!
Many games are created around movies, tv shows, comic books etc.

What movie, show or character do you think would make a great videogame for the xbox?

What are your current favorite games (not neccesarily xbox) with these kind of themes?
i think the 24 series could be translated into a decent video game.
Good call. That would be one intense game, especially if it actually took 24hours per mission!

Bourne Identity....Also, Enemy at the Gates, I can just imagine sniper battles similar to silent scope but set in a world war II era setting.

The Shield.

That would make a messed up game....
they are making it

I hope it does end up getting made. My fav game that exists right now would be the Marvel vs Capcom games. I know it isn't based on an actual plot in the comics, but it just kicks so much ass.

I hope it gets made...but by somebody else. I can't remember the last Vivendi-Universal game that I found to be even marginally good. Kill Bill would have to be done just right.

They've been publishers for Simpsons Hit and Run, Baldurs Gate: DA, Metal Arms, Winning Eleven 7, and upcoming games they are publishing are Half Life 2, Van Helsing, and Chronicles of Riddick, all of which are good games.

Hellboy would make a great movie. DMC-wannabe! :)

I also... couldn't help but thinking about a Texas Chainsaw Massacre game.

Hahaha.

A Massively Multiplayer Online game based on Dawn of The Dead (remake).

A huge world of cities full of human players and 'zombies'. You can go anywhere in the city in buildings drive a car, fly a plane anything you can do in real life you would be able to do in the game. You can claim buildings with friends, like in the Movie they claimed the mall. You would have to survive by finding things to defend you're self with, food ect. basically making the game as true to life as it can be (Of course with zombies). That would be my ideal game, that's a lot to ask for on a current system.

or any game directed by Quentin Tarantino would be golden.

I think that what was RE: Outbreak was supposed to be like. Sounds like a combination of RE and the Battlefield series actually. Not a bad idea.

Grand Theft Auto Online with at least 100 real ppl on each server at one time that would be kick ass. I think some kind of sopranos gamewould be cool

Slightly OT but still an idea for a game

I guess this would be more likely for the PC but back in the day, I used to love to pay "Car Builder" for the Apple IIc. Any other mid 20's on and remember this game?
You would pick a chassis, and then a body, engine, breaks suspension, tires. You would be able to mold the body of the car slightly. Then finally put the car in a wind tunnel and then send it out for a track test to see 0-60, handling, max speed. If I remember right this was a monochrome game, but still really great. I wish with today's computers they would put something like this together, then they could have races with the cars based on the parts used, and have online car show competition.. etc.
It would open up a whole new area of simulation gaming I think, mixing the gearheads with the Simulation fans.
