I'm relatively new to Goozex. I made my first three trades last week. One guy received his game and promptly left me positive feedback, and all went well. These other two sales however are bothering me.

One of the people had their item attempted to be delivered on the 18th, but they weren't there so a notice was left. The other guy got his item on the 19th. I've yet to receive any kind of feedback from either. I've sent them both two messages now asking if their item was received since it showed on the DC that it was delivered or attempted to be delivered, but I get no response.

I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for today, but yet, no word from either. What should I do? I looked on Goozex, and the only link I can find to contact them says not to use it for customer support.

Any help from Goozex vets is really appreciated here.
It's pretty common for people on Goozex to slack asses when it comes to feedback, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
How long do I let this go on though before I send Goozex a message? And if I do need to, do they have some type of email? Like I said, I looked on the site but I couldn't find anything.

You're worrying too much. :]

It's the holiday weekend, people are probably busy with family and all that junk. Though it may be a surprise to some people, many times, gamers are family men/women and they have other things that are more important than leaving some feedback on Goozex.

'Sides, if they don't leave you feedback, you'll automatically receive your points and feedback anyway at the end of the system timeout. If they leave you a negative for a bullshit reason, you're covered under the Goozex guarantee.

So yeah, just give it a couple more days, I personally say until the end of this week. I used to be hella paranoid about sending stuff over the internet but I became a real avid trader here on CAG and Goozex as I've come to realize that there are more honest people than crooks.

I guess so. I just know though that no matter how busy I am, I still go out of my way if someone is prompt with shipping an item, to take the two seconds it takes to give them their positive feedback. I don't wait three plus days to get back to someone. Also, its a little different in this case as well since I basically still haven't been paid for my games. I'd have no issues if this were Ebay, where the buyer pays first, then I ship, but that's obviously not the case.

Once you're not a Goozex Noob, it won't bother you as much. You'll be getting your points immediately after confirming it shipped. Until then, just be patient and wait. You might even have to wait for the feedback to timeout if you got matched with loozers. Keep this in mind:

Feedback is best left not as soon as you receive the game, but after you've tested it and verified that it looks good enough and works to your satisfaction. My nephew received a game that looked alright, but can't even install to his 360 hard drive because of the type of scratching it had. He got it refurbed at a local store, but had he known he would have left more appropriate feedback.

Overall, especially due to the holidays, expect to wait a week or more before getting feedback. They may not even be in town right now, and there's technically nothing wrong with letting it time out, it's just very annoying and a bit rude.

So, I've yet to receive any feedback from the guy that had his package attempted to be delivered on the 18th. It says that after 15 days of him not picking it up, it will be returned. What do I do?

Just wait it out. As others have said, you automatically get positive feedback if the buyer doesn't leave any after so many days. If you used the shipping label from Goozex the game may be returned to Goozex and they would give you + feedback. Either way, having delivery confirmation covers you 100%.
Just be patient and don't worry. You are taken care of.
