It's been almost 3 wks now I got this e-mail first of all within a few days I e-mail them 2 wks later and still nothing. Anyone had the same issue or what did you do to resolve it? Their customer service is definately not up to the top...

Normally when an offer is completed, the game publisher is notified immediately to issue the rewards. Unfortunately sometimes the notification is not received by the game publisher. This can occur for a number of reasons including:
- Browser and/or cookie settings cause the notification to be improperly tracked.
- The signup did not meet the eligibility requirements for the rewards offer.
- A technical issue prevented the completion notification from being received by the game publisher.
