Meaning if you report 3 scratched games Goozex can cancell your account MEANING YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR POINTS

i just pulled down all 50+ games i had up for trades sorry but i wont be sending out no more of my stuff until i get my pt balance down to 0
 
I was tempted to make a thread about the new terms as well, specifically this one:

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. User certifies to Company that if User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation) User is at least 18 years of age.

I don't ever recall there being any sort of age requirement, but most importantly anytime there is, you usually have the option to have a parent/guardian grant you permission, especially on a non-$-based site. I've always felt that Goozex is great for younger teens with limited funds.
 
It's not guaranteed that 3 reported negatives = banned. Hell, look at Kerig's sig. He's had over 200 trades. There's a good chance he's had at least 3 negatives reported. I think it's more of a report 3 negatives without any prior past of positives. It's a way to deter cheating. Besides, I'm sure they'll investigate beforehand. Banned user = 1 less customer.

Just use DC and you'll have enough evidence to cover your butt.
 
That kinda sucks. I've already canceled 2 trades since I joined in July (1 person was new and probably forgot. The other didn't get DC).

Fortunately I've never received negative feedback so hopefully that helps my case. I also buy all my postage off Goozex (may be more expensive but it's $3) so I get the DC with it. I don't know why people don't buy the DC sometimes.

it would be a way to get a lot of points out of the sytem if they starting banning people with 10,000 + pts just sitting there

Just checked, I've reported exactly 4 times. I'm bound to be banned any day now :)

Sito: Of the 80+ Goozex packaged + hundreds of eBay/Half.com packages I've sent throughout the years, I've only had one Delivery Confirmation stay at incomplete. Those are all using either Media Rate or 1st Class. The one time it happened, I went to the Post Office to see what they could do: they refunded me the 40cents I had paid at the time :oldman:

DC isn't insurance, but it's 99% reliable.
