yup, the reason you don't know them is cuz they suck, but at least Starsky and Huch can be played 2 player if you have a lightgun (always try to find the up side to things)

I actually like those two From Software titles. THey aren't the stuff of greatness but they're by far mt favorites of the PS2 launch library. Which is why neither one should cost more than $5 these days. Starsky and Hutch is recent but an also-ran at best. They completely missed the boat on working that property.
