Got a sealed bundle yet its missing a game! Need help!

So I did a special order for the Ace Combat 6 flight stick bundle since it was a limited edition bundle and since I really wanted to play the game with the sticks. It finally came in yesterday and I wasn't able to get to open it till today. I opened the sealed package and the game was nowhere to be found, despite the fact that it clearly states that it is part of the bundle. Upon reinspecting the initial circular tape seal, I came to the conclusion that someone could have easily lifted the seal and reapplied it after snatching the game. The stick and faceplate seem to still be in its original sealed packaging and they look factory sealed still, but what pisses me off is that I can't play it without the game of course.

So I decide to call the Gamecrazy I special ordered it from but I don't get an answer, it goes to the fax machine. I checked to see if their number was right in the yellow pages and it sure was. I called 3 times now and still no answer. I'm going to keep calling until I get through.

What are my chances of getting a copy of the game? I'm willing to call corporate or whoever it takes if they refuse to give me the game I purchased with the bundle.

I'm glad I decided not to sell this on Ebay, cause that would have been a mess as well with trying to deal with disputes and everything.
 
It's hard to say... they could easily just give you a copy of the game or you might have to fight for it.

I'd contact Konami (or whoever publishes it) and ask them too, maybe they can help you out.

call the hollywood video that is hooked to that gamecrazy. they should be able to get a worker on the phone for you
 
Currently on the phone with Hollywood Corporate. Its going to be funny when corporate can't get through to the store either. Update to follow soon.
 
Gotta bring my bundle back to the store to show the manager how easily it was for the person to snatch the game out of it the box. The shitty thing is that now I have to repackage the sticks back the way they were and if you've seen how crazy the packaging is on those, you'll know that it isn't going to be an easy task.

Its never easy to get stuff like that back in the way it originally was. So are they going to swap you out or let you keep the sticks and just give you the game?
 
they should give me another copy of the game, but i'll talk to the store manager on Friday when he's at work. Meanwhile they are holding a sealed copy of the game for me. They wouldn't be able to swap it out very easily seeing as how hard to find this bundle is.
 
So in the end I just went to Gamecrazy and they gave me the game AND a free faceplate. They ended up being very understanding about it, which was cool.
