Got ROD but console seems to work fine now, do I panic?

One I first got mine I played it for like a good 4 hours and then I turned it back on and it got rod, I stopped playing in for a day and since then (aug. 06) it has worked fine, so far.
 
well ive been playing Dead Rising for an hour or so, it seems like its fine but I ordered the coffin anyway jsut in case.
 
I got the rings back when Dead Rising first came out going for the Zombie Genocider achievement running back and forth with the car in the tunnels, and stopped playing for the night. Never ordered a coffin, and it's been working absolutely fine since then.
 
its been working fine all day, lets say it was jsut a hiccup, will MS care if I never send them the console (until it acctually dies)
