Got sold a broken PS2 on CL that I was told worked...

Craigslist IS and always has been and always will be(to me anyway) an as-is marketplace.

I know people are ripping on you for pursuing $10, but this is beyond money.
Also, you're way too patient.
I would probably take the ps2 and break his face with it in a dark alleyway.
 
I didn't read the whole thread, but I keep seeing $10 pop up. Is this really over $10? I mean, don't get me wrong, it's wrong of the guy to say it works when it doesn't, but did you really expect to get a working PS2 for $10?
 
For a college student, you don't seem to bright throwing this hissy fit over this and spending so much time on something too good to be true when you could be studying or doing something more productive.

Here's an idea: Grow a brain. You're fucking retarded for accepting anything from Craigslist, or anyone in general for that matter, without first ensuring that it functions in the way you were led to believe it would function. I bet you also send money to Nigeria in the hopes of recovering your great, great, great, mega-great uncle's lost treasure.

In all seriousness, though, the only choice you have is quite obvious. You have to regain your honor and kill the guy and marry his wife. We'll only think less of you if you don't.
 
I only came into this thread because I knew someone was going to be throwing a fit over such a small amount of money. Thanks for not disapointing me OP.

Actually I got a working console only fat PS2 from a local CD/DVD/GAME store for only $10.

They thought it was a dead/broken one but after cleaning the lens to fix the DRE issue it had it worked flawlessly.:D
