This is very important and I think this will be of interest to those that rent games online!
This past month I decided that I wanted to drop my relationship w/ Gamefly because the service was just too slow for my liking ( mind you, only because they are on the West Coast ). I came across a list of online rental services on one of the Cheapassgamer forums and decided to give two from the list a trial. The two I chose were "gamesforrent.com" and "GPLAY.com(aka triggerfingers.com).
While I received my games from gamesforrent.com, Gplay became a whole other issue. I just can't believe what this company has put me through......a company that has apparently been running legit services for a few years now *shrugs*
this is my situation.........

Dear Tim,
We send out e-mail notices when we send out a game.

Dear Tim,
Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. Sorry for the delay
in shipping a game to you. I've extended your trial until 3/30.
Something should ship soon.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

MARCH 22ND 3rd reply after 3rd inquiry........very angry at this point
Dear Tim,
We apologize in the delay in getting your titles out to you. We are
currently
experiencing tremendous demand and some customers may experience
slightly
longer wait times for their games. Rest assured we are acquiring more
games
everyday so it should not be too much longer to receive your titles.
As it
typically takes three or four days for us to ship the first trial game,
your
trial account is good for 14 days from your sign up date. If it has
been
longer than four days, we recommend that you add a few more titles to
your
queue. We recommend that a user keeps eight released games in their
queue at
all times.
Your trial date have been extended to April 4th.
Thanks for your patience.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
