Went to Best Buy and purchased:

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock - $9.99
Guitar Hero Metallica - $49.99
Guitar Hero Aerosmith - Free with purcahse of Metallica
Les Paul for Wii - $24.99
Les Paul for Wii - $24.99

Total with a protection plan was $124.47 which I don't consider to bad considered the regular prices of this collection.
