Yep. Saw a big stack of them at my local TRU when last I went.
 
I saw a stack of them in the middle of the aisle of my local TRU.

I also swore I saw a whole bunch of Guitar Hero Aerosmith guitar-onlys (wireless) for $10 at Frys, but they were either all gone when I went back or I was mistaken.
 
i got this a few months back when they had free shipping for all activision products. shipping was quick and the guitar is a steal for $10 :)

When shipping is more than half of the cost of the item itself then yes.
 
These definitely are in-store for this price, my brother bought one this weekend. Not a bad deal at all since our Rock Band guitar crapped out yet again. I don't know if the 10% off accessories deal is still on but it would apply to this too.
 
I use these guitars for parts. When the spring busted on the whammy bar in my wireless Rock Band guitar, I just stole it from this one. Definitely good for parts.
